How much do you Charge?
We either charge by the hour or Bid the complete Project with a set amount.

What are your Hourly Rates?
For general handyman services and small projects the hourly rate is $50 Hr with a 2 hour Minimum.
For Plumbing and Electrical services, it is $60 Hour with a 2 hour Minimum.

What deposits do you require?
This will be on a project by project basis.
If the project is a day or less, then after the project is completed, except for any materials.
If over $400, but less than $1, 500 , usually 50% down at Start and balance upon completion.
If the project is over $1, 500 we will require as a general rule: 30% at start with progressive payments
untill completion of project.

What method of Payment do you accept?
We accept Cash or Check.

How do you handle Materials?
We do not have any markup on materials. So as a general rule, supplies and materials for the project we
will purchase and bring to the job site. On Large fixtures we would like to have them at the job site.
On the smaller items such as tile, sinks, toilets, lighting fixtures etc - We would be glad to assist in getting
them to the project address.

How many projects do you have in process at any given time?
As a general rule, we work on one project at a time. This allows us to give it the attention it
deserves and the quality you expect from a professional.

I am concerned about my house and my belongs getting damaged or covered in dust.
Before starting on any project, we put down drop cloths and cover the surrounding belongings
in plastic. We also look on the other side of the wall before we work, and remove anything that
might fall off.
On larger projects such as bathroom: we do all of the above plus, we will put down carpet mask or drop cloths
to the outside door.We install, if needed, plastic tarp to enclose the area and zipper doors on the plastic.
Also all vents in the area we are working are covered, so as not to allow dust to get into the ducting.
And last but not least, we always clean up at the end of the day or when the project is complete.

Do you guarantee you work?
All work is guaranteed for one year after the date of completion.

Do you charge for your Estimates?
We do not charge for Estimates.
